Welcome to Reminders#9984 (“Reminders,” “the App”, “the Service,” “we,” or “us”) and https://reminders.click (“the Website”). By using the App or visiting the Website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. We recommend reading them carefully before use.
1. Overview
Reminders#9984 is a Discord App designed to help users set reminders across Discord servers, direct messages, and group chats. The Service stores reminder information temporarily and delivers reminders according to user input.
2. Eligibility
By using Reminders, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Discord’s Guidelines.
3. Data Collection & Use
Reminders collects and processes the minimal amount of data required for functionality. This includes:
- Discord user data:
- User IDs,
- Private channel IDs,
- Group channel IDs.
- Reminder content:
- Times,
- Notes,
- Any attached media you provide.
- Server metadata:
- Server names,
- Channel names,
- Member names,
- Role names and permissions (for permission management and scheduling delivery),
- AutoMod rule names, content, and permissions.
Reminders does not access, store, or process message content beyond the data submitted through its slash commands. All reminder content, including notes and media, is deleted immediately after the according reminder is sent. User data is safely stored only as long as necessary to operate the Service securely and efficiently.
4. Data Security
All data is stored securely using modern encryption and access controls. No personal data is sold or shared with third parties. Access to stored data is strictly limited to authorized system functions.
5. User Responsibilities
By using the Service, you agree:
- To use the App in accordance with Discord’s Terms of Service and Discord’s Guidelines.
- Not to the Service to store or transmit illegal, harmful, or sensitive information.
- Not to misuse commands to spam, exploit, or overload the App’s infrastructure.
6. Service Availability
Reminders aims to provide high uptime and reliability. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and/or unscheduled outages may occur. You can monitor Discord-induced outages via the platform’s status page.
7. Limitation of Liability
Reminders is provided “as is” and “as available.” We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including delayed or failed reminders. We do not claim liability for offensive or harmful content within reminders, and we provide server managers with adequate tools to limit reminder notes to match the community’s rules and guidelines.
8. Changes to the Terms & Conditions
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms. You can opt out of the Terms & Conditions by stopping use of the Service.
